Ingredients

  • 4 med cloves Garlic minced

  • 1 Tlbs Olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper

  • 11/2 Pounds Large peeled and deviened shrimp

  • 2/3 Tlbs Butter

  • 1 medium Lemon (zested and squeezed)

  • 3/4 lb Fettuccini pasta

  • 11/2 cups Whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmeasn cheese

  • 1/4 cup White wine (Chardonnay)

  • 1/2 minced Onion

  • 2 Tlbs Fresh Parsley chopped to garnish

Directions

  • Add 2 teaspoons of lemon zest to a large bowl
  • Squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from the lemon in to the bowl
  • Add 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • Add shrimp and toss to coat
  • Heat 2 /3 tablespoos of butter on medium heat in a frying pan, add minced onion and saute,
  • Add marinated shrimp cook and stir for 1 -2 minuite
  • Add the 11/2 cups of whipping cream, 1/4 cup white wine (chaedonney), 1/2 cup parm cheese – simmer until sauce has thickened
  • Add fettucini pasta to boiling water with 1 tablespoon salt and cook until al-dente. Drain and set aside (do not rinse)
  • Add shrimp mixture to cooked fettuccini
  • Finish off with fresh parsley

Notes

  • Pour a glass of Chardonney and Enjoy!
