Sunshine in a glass! This creamy mango smoothie blends just five simple ingredients—banana, ripe mango, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk—into a refreshing, protein-packed drink that’s as nourishing as it is delicious. Perfect for breakfast, a mid-day pick-me-up, or a light and healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango chunks (frozen works too)

  • 1 banana (adds creaminess)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk, coconut milk or milk of your choice

  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt ( protein)

  • 1 Tbs chia seeds (ground)

  • a few Ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Adjust with extra milk for desired thickness.
  • Since bananas ripen so quickly, I slice and freeze them ahead of time. They add a creamy chill to shakes and smoothies.


Notes

  • Packed with around 24 grams of protein, nearly 10 grams of fiber, and just under 400 calories, this mango smoothie is as nourishing as it is delicious.
